DRW Property Services undertook a Bespoke Residential Survey of a three bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor within an apartment block. We where task with inspecting an internal wall which our client wanted to remove but required permission from the leaseholders before carrying out the works. The leaseholders wanted to know whether the removal of the wall would have an impact on a) the structure and b) the fire compartmentation. The leaseholders where happy with our report and issued our client with an Approval Letter.
