Project Overview

DRW Property Services were appointed by Bellrock Nifes to undertake comprehensive fire surveys across a number of court buildings throughout England and Wales. The scope of works involved detailed on-site inspections focusing on fire safety compliance, with particular attention given to fire doors, ensuring they met the required standards for integrity, installation, and performance.

In addition, we carried out thorough assessments of fire compartmentation throughout each building. This included checking fire stopping measures to confirm that service penetrations and structural openings were adequately sealed, as well as inspecting fire dampers to ensure they were correctly installed, accessible, and functioning as intended.

Following the completion of each survey, all findings were carefully documented and compiled into detailed reports. These reports identified any defects, non-compliances, or areas requiring remedial action, providing clear guidance to support ongoing fire safety management and regulatory compliance across the sites.
